There is a lovely swimming pool, communal kitchen, internet access, book exchange and laundry facilities.
Kookaburra Inn
Kookaburra Inn is great for business travellers, backpackers, and medical travellers. Spend time in the beautiful outdoor gardens reading a book or barbecuing with friends. It is within walking distance to historic arcades, and modern shopping galleries like the Queen Street Mall while Chinatown is merely a short stroll in the other direction. There is no pool but the gorgeous grounds and superb location more than make up for this.

The Swan Inn Bed & Breakfast is a lovely converted home with two private suites. It is within walking distance to Royal Brisbane General Hospital, Royal Brisbane Women’s Hospital, and Royal Children’s Hospital. It is also situated 3 km from the city center in Windsor suburb and is just a 10 minute ride to the city center. Both suites feature queen size beds and prices are based on single or double occupancy 129-149 AUD respectively. There is no pool in this quiet converted home but the Garden Suite has a private kitchenette available.
City Link Guest House
The City Link Guest House is available for both short and long term guests, making it ideal for students studying in Brisbane. City Link is a short 3 km to the heart of Brisbane. There are ensuite rooms with a shared kitchen area, barbecue area, air conditioning, a lovely swimming pool and it is within walking distance to Queen St. Mall and Wesley Hospital. Weekly accommodations start at 220 AUD per week, although they offer single nights stays and monthly options as well.
