Opening hours and prices
Luna Park is open only during weekends and public holidays. Usually, they open at 11.00am and close at 6.00pm. However, the hours they open do fluctuate very often. Therefore, you need to check with their website for the opening and closing time before you visit.
A family ticket for one individual of over 13 years and three kids between the ages of 4 and 12 years will cost $138.95 during off peak times and $145.95 during peak trading times. For rides, additional $39.05 for those who are over 13 years and $30.55 for children aged between 4 and 12 need to be paid. For kids below 4 years, it is $13.55 during off peak days.
Location and travelling there
Located in St. Kilda overlooking the Port Philip Bay, Luna Park is easy to access. You can take a ride of twenty minutes by tram from Melbourne. There are train services as well as buses for one to reach there. However, it is recommended that you use a minibus service to get there for group travels.
