T1 (Domestic – Qantas & Jetstar)

For Melbourne Airport pickups we are now required (by Melbourne Airport) to wait at the Bus Holding area until the plane has landed. Once the plane has landed, the driver will then relocate to the Groups and Charters Blue Zone area. Please ensure you provide all flight details in order for the driver to perform this. Please phone our office on 1800 287 242 when all passengers are ready to be collected and we will direct the driver to the bus pick up area. Walk across pedestrian crossing at VIRGIN terminal. Groups and Charters Blue Zone is located in the 3rd lane where signs clearly state the area (left of pedestrian crossing).
Executive Sedans:
The driver will meet each group inside the Terminal at the baggage carousel which relates to their flight. If there are multiple flights the driver will wait by the luggage carousel of the last arriving flight.
T2 (International Terminal)
Coaches/Mini Buses:
For Melbourne International Airport pickups we are now required (by Melbourne Airport) to wait at the Taxi Holding area until the plane has landed then transfer to the bus pick up area outside International arrival (second lane over). New regulations prevent the driver from leaving his coach to make contact with passengers in the terminus. Please ensure you provide all flight details in order for the driver to track your flight(s). Please call our office on 1800 287 242 when all passengers are ready to be collected and we will direct the driver to the bus pick up area.
T3 (Domestic – Virgin Blue & Rex)
