Oriental gardens provide a sense of serenity and harmony, also a popular choice for wedding ceremony and photography. See more than 150 different varieties of roses at Rose Garden. Highlights of the Gardens are Waterfall at Sunken Garden, Oriental Garden Dragons, four Statues representing four seasons, Rosa Imelda and Brokenback Brumbies.

All the rides are open during school holidays and events. Taking 35 minutes of Hunter Valley Garden Train is an informative and fun way to see the gardens. This train operates from 10 am to 3 pm every day, departing every hour.
