How The Pricing Guarantee Works

At BusCharter.com.au, our Price Guarantee reflects our confidence in delivering the best value in bus hire. If you receive a lower available quote from a licensed operator, we’ll beat it by 5%. If that’s not possible, we’ll issue a $50 voucher for your next journey.
Limit one voucher per customer or group. We reserve the right to decline voucher requests deemed unethical, unlawful, or dishonest.

Step 1: Submit a Written Quote

We accept quotes from any of the following:

  • An Australian travel agency
  • A licensed transport operator
  • An Australian-registered business or website

Step 2: Quote Verification

Our team will verify that the quote is genuine, publicly available, and bookable. If it meets the criteria, we’ll beat it by 5%.

Step 3: Book and Pay

Once we beat the quote, you'll need to confirm your booking and make full payment on the same day using the same payment method as the original quote. Standard change and cancellation terms will apply. If we’re unable to beat the quote, you’ll receive a $50 voucher for your next journey.

Our Pricing Guarantee Conditions

Best Price Guarantee does not apply to bespoke quotes involving multiple movements/transfers or to other licensed transport operators.
The quote must clearly display the date of issue and the final price, inclusive of all applicable fees and charges (e.g., booking, service, and payment method fees). Quotes based on group memberships, corporate rates, or closed-user group subscriptions are not eligible. This offer does not apply to travel scheduled for the same day as the original quote received from us.
The quote must be a written form (PDF), issued the same day it is presented to us, and submitted before booking. It must match the same form of payment. The fare must be publicly available, bookable at the time of submission, and identical in travel dates, passenger count, vehicle class, and type.
